How-toConnect Your ChatGPT
Connect ChatGPT so your Super Agent can use your subscription instead of metered credits.

Before You Start
You must be the organization owner to connect or disconnect the workspace ChatGPT account. Use the ChatGPT account your team expects the Super Agent to route eligible runs through.
Connecting ChatGPT changes how eligible Super Agent runs are authenticated. Keep plan limits, workspace policy, and teammate access in mind before switching production workflows.
Start the Connection
Open your Super Agent command center and find the ChatGPT account area. Choose Connect ChatGPT to start the sign-in flow.
Agentic Workers sends you through the provider authorization flow. Sign in with the intended ChatGPT account and approve the connection when prompted.
Confirm It Works
Return to Agentic Workers and confirm the ChatGPT account area shows as connected. Then run a small Super Agent request before moving a production workflow over.
If a request behaves unexpectedly, open the latest trace, the step-by-step run log, and confirm the run used the expected model provider and account state.
Disconnect or Change Accounts
Use Disconnect from the same ChatGPT account area when the workspace should stop using that subscription. Reconnect with a different ChatGPT account if ownership or billing changes.
After changing accounts, rerun one low-risk workflow so you can confirm authentication and plan behavior before relying on scheduled or customer-facing work.
Troubleshooting
If the connect button is unavailable, confirm you are the organization owner. Non-owner teammates cannot connect or disconnect the workspace ChatGPT account.
If authorization fails, restart the connection flow in a fresh browser tab and make sure pop-ups and provider sign-in cookies are allowed.
If runs still use metered credits, check the Super Agent trace and account status, then reconnect ChatGPT from the command center.
