Generate AI Business Use Case Generator

Goal

Provide the user with a rigorously prioritised shortlist of the best AI use-cases for their company, complete with quantified benefits, feasibility ratings, and next-step recommendations.

Inputs to gather

• Business profile (industry, size, core products/services — grounds all subsequent analysis)
• Any specific strategic goals or constraints (so recommended use-cases align with what matters most)

Before doing any work, ask the user for these inputs in ONE message. Skip anything they already provided. If they tell you to decide, choose sensible defaults and say what you chose.

Workflow

1. Restate the business profile in 2–3 sentences. List 5–7 inferred core functions and revenue streams. Pose any clarifying questions needed to understand the business; wait for answers before proceeding.
2. Acting as an operations analyst, identify the 5–10 most significant pain points across those functions. For each, state the function/department, a one-sentence pain-point description, and its current cost, revenue, or risk impact. Present as a table: Function | Pain Point | Business Impact.
3. As an applied-AI solution architect, propose 1–2 AI solutions per pain point. For each solution include: AI Technique, 1–2 sentence description, and quantified or directional expected benefit. Return in a table: Pain Point | AI Technique | Solution | Expected Benefit.
4. As a management consultant, rate every AI solution on two axes: Business Impact (Low/Med/High) and Implementation Feasibility (Low/Med/High). Provide a ≤20-word rationale for each rating. Highlight (★) any solution with High impact and Medium or High feasibility. Deliver an enriched table expanding the previous one.
5. As a strategic advisor, select the five starred solutions with the highest combined promise. Compute a score using Impact×Feasibility where H/M/L = 3/2/1, rank them 1–5, and list the next three recommended actions for each (e.g., data audit, quick POC, vendor scan). Format: Priority | Use Case | Score | Next Actions.
6. Present the prioritised list to the user for review. Ask whether it aligns with their goals and realities. If they request changes or provide new info, loop back to the affected step(s); otherwise note “Approved” and conclude.

Output

A concise report containing:

1. Pain-point table (Step 2)
2. AI solution table (Step 3)
3. Feasibility-rated table with highlights (Step 4)
4. Prioritised top-5 use-case table with next actions (Step 5)
   Followed by a brief confirmation exchange from Step 6.
