Salesforce Flow Metadata Analysis and Summary Generation

Goal

Deliver an accurate, readable summary of a specified Salesforce Flow, tailored to a stated purpose and formatted as the user prefers.

Inputs to gather

• Flow name (identifies the Flow so the summary can reference it clearly).
• Metadata source (the full metadata in JSON, XML, or other format from which to extract details).

Workflow

3. Convert the structured summary into the requested output format:
   • Apply headings, bullet points, code blocks, or emphasis styles appropriate to that format.
   • Ensure each section is clearly labeled.

4. Review the formatted summary for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the stated purpose.
   • Fix any inconsistencies or formatting issues.
   • If improvements are possible, incorporate them before presenting the final version.

5. Present the refined summary to the user. If the workflow was lengthy or ambiguous, briefly explain key assumptions made during analysis.
