What is a credit?
Credits track the actual AI work your agents perform. Chat usage varies with the selected model, response length, and tools used, and is metered automatically after each run rather than charged at a fixed per-message model rate. Generated-image credits are based on provider cost plus 20%; if provider cost is unavailable, the fallback charge is 25 credits.
Do credits roll over?
No. Credits refresh to your plan’s limit at the start of each billing cycle — unused credits don’t stack month to month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, your remaining credits carry over plus the difference between plans; downgrading clamps your balance down to the new plan’s limit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contract — cancel from your account settings whenever you want and you’ll keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
What’s the refund policy?
Every new paid subscription is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If it’s not for you, contact support within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund.
What happens when I run out of credits?
