Privacy Policy for Agentic Workers

Last Updated: June 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how MIATECHPARTNERS LLC ("Agentic Workers," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our website at agenticworkers.com and our related applications, integrations, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account & Profile Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (or the identifier from a third-party sign-in provider, such as Google, if you use one). We do not store third-party account passwords.

1.2 Content You Provide
Agentic Workers is an AI agent platform. To provide the Service, we process the content you submit, including:
- Prompts, chat messages, and instructions you send to AI agents.
- Files, images, and documents you upload.
- Agent configurations, scheduled jobs, and workflow settings.
This content may include personal information if you choose to include it. Please do not submit sensitive personal data (such as government IDs, health, or financial account numbers) unless it is necessary and you are authorized to do so.

1.3 Connected Integrations
If you connect third-party accounts (for example, Google, Slack, Asana, Telegram, or others, generally through our integration provider), we access and process data from those accounts only as needed to perform the tasks you direct your agents to carry out. We store the authorization tokens required to maintain those connections until you disconnect them.

1.4 Payment Information
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We receive limited billing details (such as your subscription status, the last four digits of your card, and billing country) but we do not collect or store full payment card numbers.

1.5 Usage & Device Data
We automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the Service, using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

2. How We Use Your Data
We use the information above to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service and your agents.
- Process transactions and manage subscriptions and usage credits.
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- Send service-related communications and, where permitted, product updates.
- Monitor, secure, debug, and improve the Service and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. AI Processing & Third-Party Model Providers
To generate agent responses and complete tasks, the content you submit (including prompts, messages, files, and connected-account data relevant to a task) is transmitted to third-party AI model providers that power the Service, which currently include Anthropic, OpenAI, Groq, and OpenRouter. OpenRouter is a model-routing provider that brokers access to additional underlying models (for example, MiniMax). These providers process your content to return outputs to you. Your use of AI features is also subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies. We select providers that contractually commit not to use business/API customer content to train their models, but we do not control their practices and encourage you to review their policies.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR / UK GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following bases:
- Performance of a contract (providing the Service you request).
- Your consent (e.g., optional analytics or marketing cookies), which you may withdraw at any time.
- Legal obligation (e.g., tax and fraud-prevention requirements).
- Legitimate interests (e.g., securing and improving the Service), balanced against your rights.

5. How We Share Data — Subprocessors & Third Parties
We share data only with service providers ("subprocessors") that help us operate the Service, and only as necessary. Categories and current key providers include:
- AI model providers: Anthropic, OpenAI, Groq, and OpenRouter (a model-routing provider that brokers access to additional models, including MiniMax).
- Payments: Stripe.
- Hosting & infrastructure: Vercel, Railway, and MongoDB Atlas.
- Integrations: our integration provider (Composio) and the third-party apps you connect.
- Analytics & product measurement: PostHog, Google (Google Tag Manager / Analytics), and Microsoft Clarity.
- Marketing & social attribution: Fastlane.
We may also disclose data to legal or regulatory authorities where required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not share your data for third-party marketing purposes.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We and our analytics partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, measure performance, and understand how the Service is used. This includes tools such as PostHog, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and Fastlane (used for marketing and social-media attribution). You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings or, where offered, an on-site cookie control. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Service functions.

7. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we delete or de-identify personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records (such as billing and transaction records) to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

8. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (note: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under U.S. state privacy laws).
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us at hello@agenticworkers.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

9. International Data Transfers & Security
We are based in the United States, and your data may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our subprocessors operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers. We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Data Breach Notification
If a data breach affects your personal data, we will notify affected users and applicable authorities as required by law and, where feasible, provide guidance on protecting your account.

11. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-Party Links
The Service may link to external websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Minor changes take effect when posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes affecting your rights, we will provide additional notice (such as by email) where required.
