How-toConnect Telegram to Your Super Agent
Link Telegram so you can message your Super Agent from mobile with the same workspace context.

Before You Start
Sign in to Agentic Workers with the workspace that owns the Super Agent you want to use from Telegram. You need access to that workspace and a Telegram account where you can message the Agentic Workers bot.
Telegram works best for quick asks, check-ins, and follow-up instructions. Use the web app when you need to inspect traces, the step-by-step run logs, manage tools, update agent settings, or review larger artifacts.
Create a Link Token
Open the Telegram integration page from Agentic Workers and generate a new link token. The token is short lived and one time use, so create it when you are ready to link the account.
Do not share the token in public channels. Anyone with the token during its active window could attempt to connect a Telegram account to your Agentic Workers user.
Link Telegram
Open Telegram, start a chat with the Agentic Workers bot, and send /link followed by the token from the web app. The bot confirms when your Telegram user is connected to your Agentic Workers workspace.
After linking, send a short test message such as "What can my Super Agent help with today?" The bot uses the same Super Agent conversation flow as the web chat, so workspace tools and context stay consistent.
Start a Fresh Chat
Use /new when you want to begin a clean Telegram conversation instead of continuing the current thread. This is useful before changing topics, testing a new workflow, or handing off a new task.
Keep requests specific. Include the outcome, source material, deadline, and any approval rule the Super Agent should follow before taking action in connected tools.
Unlink or Change Accounts
Send /unlink in Telegram if you no longer want that Telegram account connected. After unlinking, the bot will not route new messages to your Super Agent until you link again with a fresh token.
If you belong to multiple workspaces, confirm you generated the token from the workspace you intend to use. Generate a new token any time you need to switch the connected Agentic Workers account.
Troubleshooting
If the token fails, generate a fresh one from Agentic Workers and send /link again. Tokens expire quickly and can only be used once.
If Telegram says you are not linked, complete the /link flow before sending a normal message. If you recently used /unlink, you must generate a new token from the web app.
If a response looks different from the web app, start a fresh Telegram chat with /new and repeat a small request. For deeper investigation, open the web app and review the latest Super Agent trace.
If the bot cannot access a tool, reconnect that integration in Agentic Workers or verify the tool is enabled for the agent before trying the Telegram request again.
